/tempban (user) (time) (reason) - Temporarily bans a user for the specified time period.
/tempbanip (IP address) (time) (reason) - Temporarily bans anyone from joining from the specified IP address for the specified time period.
/ban (user) (reason) - Permanently bans the specified user.
