Chartransekitten is a user who was permanently banned twice, and then blacklisted. Their first permaban was for repeatedly breaking server rules, and their second permaban was for disregarding another user's request to stay away from him after being given a second chance. They then proceeded to have a complete meltdown in which they sent numerous angry messages to at least two administrators, spammed the wiki begging to be unbanned, and culminated in them falsely accusing an administrator of harboring sexual attraction towards minors, after which wiki account registrations were temporarily disabled.
