This server uses Simple Voice Chat as a means of voicechat communication entirely within the server. This may be particularly useful if you do not want to use Discord for performance reasons, or if someone does not have Discord and wants to use voicechat.
Installing Simple Voice Chat
To install Simple Voice Chat, you can download it at the following website:

Select the version that corresponds to the Minecraft version you plan to use, then place the Simple Voice Chat jar into your Mods folder in .minecraft. On Windows, this will normally be at C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods.
When you join the server for the first time with Simple Voice Chat installed, there will be a chat message telling you how to set it up on your end. use "V" to open the Settings, and it should guide you, however it is rather straightforward to navigate.
MAC USERS: If you are on Mac, Simple Voice Chat will not work out of the box with the official Launcher. This is because Mac does not allow programs to set microphone permissions for you, and because Minecraft does not use microphones in Vanilla, there is no function for it to ask for your permission. Unless you use a third-party launcher to start the game (such as Prism), or run a script everytime you open the Launcher to allow microphone permissions (there are videos on YouTube, I believe), you will not be able to use your microphone.
